Ethernet POE & PHY Testing
The PSA-3000 is a multi-port “one-box solution” to test and analyze Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) and assure overall compliance to the IEEE 802.3at specification plus LLDP emulation and analysis. It can provide static loading >42 Watts on up to 24 Ports. It replaces general purpose test equipment and fixtures for a highly scalable and flexible and automated PSE system analyzer.
The PSL-3000 is a multi-port programmable load offering some of the same capability found in the PSA-3000 to test IEEE 802.3at compliance as well as LLDP. The PSL-3000 offers independent and concurrent capable static load currents up to 750 mA on each test port up to a maximum of 24 test ports per chassis.
The PDA-300 Powered Device Analyzer is a comprehensive solution for testing IEEE 802.3at PoE Powered Devices (PD’s). One-button, fully automated test sequences and limit processing for critical Powered Device parameters are easily executed. Many parameters critical to IEEE 802.3at interoperation can be efficiently compared to specification requirements thus fully avoiding the need for extensive interoperability testing with IEEE 802.3at PSE’s and network connections.
The PVA-3000 PhyView Analyzer is designed to bridge the gap between comprehensive Ethernet PHY compliance testing and simple packet verification testing. The PVA-3000 introduces a multi-port capability dedicated to 10/100/1000BaseT physical layer characterization under controlled impairments including line loss, ingress noise, jittered or offset timing, and even Power-over-Ethernet. The PVA-3000 tests Ethernet switches and routers, discrete LAN interfaces, link transmission components, and network service integrity at any 10/100/1000Base-T interface.
